Instructions
The YONDA excavator-mounted hydraulic pile driver combines the YDH2M hydraulic pile driver, a purpose-built pile-driving boom and a matched hydraulic control system. Installed at the front of an excavator as an attachment, the system adds pile positioning and hydraulic impact driving capability to an existing machine.
The YDH2M integrates rotation and percussion functions and can be configured according to the pile profile and job requirements. The system is designed primarily for highway guardrail posts, road infrastructure posts and solar photovoltaic foundation piles.
By utilizing the excavator's undercarriage, boom and stick, the attachment combines strong job-site mobility with a wide working range and flexible pile positioning. It provides a practical alternative to a separate guardrail or solar pile-driving machine for suitable projects.
Key Advantages:
- Use an Existing Excavator: Expand the capability of an available machine and reduce investment in a separate pile-driving platform.
- Rotation and Percussion: The YDH2M combines rotary movement with high-frequency hydraulic percussion.
- Job-Site Mobility: Utilize the excavator's mobility on road, slope and solar construction sites.
- Flexible Positioning: Use the excavator boom and stick to extend the working range and position the pile.
- Project-Specific Design: Match the system to the excavator hydraulics, pile profile and actual operating conditions.
Typical Applications:
- Highway and roadside guardrail posts
- Road safety barrier and infrastructure posts
- Solar photovoltaic foundation piles
- Fence posts and other small or medium-sized piles
- Other hydraulic impact pile-driving applications after technical evaluation

FAQ
1. What functions does the YDH2M provide?
The YDH2M combines rotation with high-frequency hydraulic percussion. The operating arrangement and required accessories are selected according to the pile profile and job-site conditions.
2. Can the system be installed on any excavator?
Compatibility depends on the excavator model, operating weight, hydraulic flow and pressure, piping arrangement, mounting space and overall stability. Excavator tonnage alone is not sufficient for selection.
3. What is included in a complete pile-driving boom kit?
Depending on the project, the system can include the YDH2M hydraulic pile driver, pile-driving boom, guiding mechanism, mounting bracket, hydraulic valves, piping and controls.
4. What are the advantages over a dedicated pile-driving machine?
Using an existing excavator can reduce additional equipment and transport investment while providing a wide working range, strong mobility and flexible positioning on uneven terrain.
