Instructions
The YONDA YDR100B is a two-speed hydraulic rotary head featuring an integrated reverse circulation structure for efficient cuttings and debris discharge.
Powered by a high-torque cycloidal hydraulic motor, the YDR100B provides two selectable rotation speed and torque ranges. It delivers up to 103 rpm with 5,120 Nm torque in the high-speed range, or up to 51 rpm with 10,240 Nm torque in the high-torque range.
The integrated reverse circulation passage provides a compact overall structure while supporting efficient discharge during drilling. With a working pressure of 205 bar and oil flow of 170 L/min, the YDR100B can be integrated into suitable hydraulic drilling rigs for reverse circulation and rotary drilling applications.
Final configuration and compatibility can be evaluated according to the drilling method, drill pipe or casing size, hydraulic system, mounting interface and actual project requirements.

FAQ
1. What is the main difference between the YDR100B and a conventional rotary head?
The YDR100B incorporates a built-in reverse circulation passage into its compact structure. This allows the rotary head to support reverse circulation drilling configurations while providing rotary power.
2. What hydraulic pressure and oil flow does the YDR100B require?
The specified working pressure is 205 bar, with an oil flow of 170 L/min. The hydraulic capacity and circuit of the drilling rig should be confirmed before installation.
3. Can the YDR100B be used for reverse circulation drilling?
Yes. The YDR100B incorporates an integrated reverse circulation structure and can be considered for suitable reverse circulation drilling systems. The complete drilling configuration should be evaluated according to the drilling method, drill string and required circulation system.
4. Can the YDR100B be installed on an existing drilling rig?
Yes, subject to technical compatibility. Hydraulic pressure and flow, mounting dimensions, drill-string connection, available installation space and required drilling performance should be checked before installation.
