The YONDA YHD210 is an 18 kW hydraulic drifter that combines percussion and rotation in a compact unit for efficient top hammer rock drilling. It is suitable for integration with drill rigs, drill booms and customized drilling systems used in mining, tunnelling, foundation anchoring and other rock drilling applications.
Its high-strength spline sleeve can be configured for T45, T38, R38 or R32 shank adapters. Air or water can be used as the flushing medium, and the recommended borehole diameter is 43–115 mm.
For hydraulic drifter replacement, drill rig modification or new system integration, YONDA can evaluate compatibility based on hydraulic pressure and flow, mounting dimensions, shank adapter and actual drilling requirements.

1. Does the YHD210 support air or water flushing?
Yes. Either compressed air or water can be used as the flushing medium, depending on the drilling conditions and the supporting system.
2. What are the reference hydraulic requirements?
The reference percussion circuit is 175 bar at 80–100 L/min. The rotation circuit is 150 bar at 30–44 L/min. Final compatibility must be checked against the carrier’s hydraulic system and operating conditions.
3. What applications is the YHD210 suitable for?
The YHD210 can be used for mining, tunnelling, foundation anchoring and other rock drilling applications. It can be integrated with drill rigs, drill booms and customized drilling systems.
4. Can the YHD210 replace a drifter on an existing drill rig?
Yes. Replacement is possible after checking hydraulic pressure and flow, return-line conditions, mounting dimensions, feed capacity, shank adapter and flushing system. The feed system should also be able to support the approximately 180 kg drifter weight.
